Mentorship Agreement

This document is an agreement the mentor and the mentee can use to establish their internal culture and plan for the mentorship experience. The mentorship agreement does not need to be returned to DVS, but should be filled out together and both the mentor and mentee should have a copy.

First Meeting Outline

This document is a recommended agenda for the first mentorship meeting. You do not have to follow the agenda exactly, but it provides a structure for the conversation as you are getting to know one another.
