The Council on Foreign Relations is looking for a freelance data visualization designer to help us create graphics for a series of reports this fall. The freelancer would work closely with our two-person data viz team. This project-based work would be part time, ideally with some availability during normal business hours (9-5 ET). There is the option of working in person in our NYC office if you want.

Desired skills:

• Data visualization, including data analysis and graphic design (Datawrapper and Adobe Illustrator or similar tools, coding experience helpful but not required)
• Project management and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with think tanks or international relations is a plus
